• owned by the Company and protected as original works under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India) and applicable international copyright conventions; or
• used by the Company under licence from the respective rights holder, with all rights reserved by that holder.

The selection, arrangement, and presentation of content on the Site as a whole constitutes an original work protected under the Copyright Act, 1957.

You are permitted to access and view the Site's content for personal, non-commercial, and informational purposes only. You may print or download a reasonable number of pages from the Site for your own reference, provided you do not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

No content from the Site may be:

The name Noisiv Consulting, the Noisiv wordmark, the Company's logo, and any associated brand elements appearing on the Site are trademarks or service marks of KSM Cognitive Works Private Limited, whether registered or unregistered, and are protected under the Trade Marks Act, 1999 (India) and applicable international trademark law.

Third-party trademarks, product names, and company names referenced on the Site — including the names of client organisations, software platforms, tools, and technology providers — remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the Site does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement by those owners, nor by the Company.

You may not use the Company's trademarks, logos, or brand elements — including in metatags, search keywords, or any other form — without our prior written consent.

The Company's website describes services that result in the creation of deliverables — including software, code, digital designs, campaign assets, and marketing materials — for clients. The intellectual property rights in such deliverables are governed exclusively by the applicable signed Service Agreement between the Company and the relevant client. Nothing on the Site constitutes a transfer, assignment, or licence of intellectual property rights in respect of any client deliverable.

In the absence of a specific written agreement to the contrary, the Company retains ownership of all proprietary methodologies, frameworks, tools, background IP, and know-how developed or used in the course of service delivery, and grants clients only the rights expressly described in the applicable Service Agreement.

• A description of the intellectual property right you claim has been infringed, including registration details if applicable
