Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved within thirty (30) days of written notice, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, conducted by a sole arbitrator, with the seat and venue at New Delhi, India, in the English language. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction at New Delhi, pending the constitution of the arbitral tribunal.
International Use and Cross-Border Compliance
We do not represent that the Site or its content is appropriate or lawful in every jurisdiction, and access from jurisdictions where such content is illegal is prohibited.
Changes to These Terms
General Provisions
- Entire Agreement
- These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding use of the Site.
- Severability
- If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
- No Waiver
- Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that provision.

- Assignment
